Turning a Prerecorded Show into a Joined Audio File

I produce some shows that we schedule to go out in Sam Broadcaster that loads a list of files at a scheduled time. We record them when live to air for listen again option.

 

I'd like to join the whole show with voice links into 1 file. I know I could do this in audacity but that's going to be a long and manual process

 

I've looked at a couple of audio joiner tools, but they don't take care of the silence at the beginning and end of each track. Is there software out there that would be fit for this purpose?
